STANDARD SHIPPING
All orders include free shipping. Please refer to the table below for the expected delivery times for your location.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Remudic is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Remudic is not liable if your parcel has gone missing or has been stolen once delivered unless insurance protection has been purchased.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have
shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more
packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they
arrive in your country.

Our shipping policy guarantees that customers will receive their items within 30 business days* or a full refund will be issued. If for any reason you do not receive your item within this timeframe, please contact us immediately for a prompt refund.
*This doesn’t include our 1-3 business day processing time.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is
shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE
MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the
tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed
more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your
tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SENT FROM?
Our company has implemented a policy for third-party fulfillment of orders, in which packages will be sent to customers from warehouses in Asia, based on the stock level of the products being ordered. This policy is designed to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner, while also optimizing our inventory management and fulfillment processes.
